Amy has gained experience in healthcare, economic development, financial services and new venture consulting. While partnering with new and growing companies, she has assisted with business plan development, financial modeling, company valuation, market research and marketing plans. Before obtaining an MBA in Entrepreneurship, she was an occupational therapist involved in social entrepreneurship and new program development. In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, exercising, and reading.

While earning degrees in Economics and Spanish at Centre College, Nick worked part- and full-time at the corporate offices of Papa John's International. His experience and knowledge of information technology and systems grew exponentially as the company expanded from 400 to 2000 stores. After graduating from Centre College, he joined an incubator in Louisville that developed startups in telecom, ISPs, ecommerce, and affiliate marketing. Once those businesses were divested in 2002, Nick joined IED and helped launch a new software product for hundreds of airports and convention centers around the world. For nearly a decade, Nick has also freelanced as a designer, writer, and business strategist.
